Mattress Time do not charge you any delivery costs, every item on our website is delivered FREE anywhere in the UK mainland with the exceptions to the following postcodes.
With Mattress Time you not only benefit from extremely competitive prices and attentive customer service but we also deliver the majority our mattresses the next day with no additional cost. We keep a lot of our products in stock and can offer next day delivery on selected lines of Mattresses, Bedding and Mattress Protectors.
Please note as standard we only deliver free to the UK mainland.
We have thousands of mattresses in stock, with such a wide selection you are bound to find the right mattress for you. If you place your order with us before 1pm on any weekday we can deliver your mattress by the following day. Alternatively you may prefer to select a specific delivery day to suit your availability.
For free delivery, one delivery driver will bring your item to the door of your house or block of flats, on the ground floor. If you need help to get the mattress upstairs, we'd recommend upgrading to our two-man delivery service (£60) at checkout. This may delay your delivery by several days.

We are only able to despatch Monday to Friday, no items will be sent over the weekend or on a bank holiday.
Please be aware on postcodes AB, BT, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PH, PO,TR and ZE next day delivery is not guaranteed and may take up to three days to be delivered. Please note orders placed on or before a bank holiday may take up to 3 working days for delivery.
Mattress Time also have a large selection of items available for delivery straight from the manufacturers, some of these item have a lead time which varies from product to product. This will be shown on the item profile.
If ordering a stock item we will contact you to book a specific delivery day shortly after we receive your order, if you are ordering an item that is out of stock we shall call to book your delivery as soon as we receive your goods.
Every effort is made to ensure that the product is delivered on time and in perfect condition. You will need someone at the delivery address who will be able to take charge of the item ordered, if you are out when the delivery arrives the courier there will be a re-delivery charge of £15.
All orders will be processed immediately. Delivery times are subject to the item being in stock. You will be notified immediately if we have any stock issues on your order.
AM Delivery £20.00 (You can upgrade your delivery Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays)
If you need help to take your bed or mattress to the room of your choice you can upgrade your free delivery to a two man delivery (where accessible and at owners risk) for only £60. Please note this will delay your delivery, we will call you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Simply select "Two-Man Delivery" once you have added your items to your basket.
Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost of £35.00, Saturday deliveries are AM only.
